This gorgeous mini panther has the most amazing amber colored eyes. His foster has never seen anything like it. And she’s a black cat mom herself!
Frankie was recently found in Jamaica, Queens, an area with an abundance of stray cats. Frankie was a lucky fella ?. He was part of a TNR project, but his trapper realized he was friendly. She held on to him for a month, and he is now with a foster.
Frankie was estimated at 3 years old ?, but we think he’s closer to 1 year. He’s very petite and loves to play. He is extremely affectionate and outgoing, and is good with other cats or as a solo kitty ???
